IMPROV EXTRAVAGANZA WAS A SUCCESS!!
We raised over 700$ for our department doing the Improv Extravaganza. Thanks to all the parents who were able to meet the night before and help out!!
NEXT PARENT BOOSTER MEETING-
Our meeting on August 28, was a little stinted because of the tornadous weather happening at the same time. None-the-less, a handful of dedicated parents and helpers showed up to put in their two cents and brilliant ideas for our upcoming season.
We are purchasing reserved seating tickets for Fall Performance through "Minute Man Printing."
We are extending invitations and discounts to groups at Assisted living homes in the surrounding community for entry to our performances.
We are looking into offering "free will donation" babysitting during one of the performances.
Our group is also looking into our own checking account at a common national bank.
Many other fantastic ideas were brought up and discussed.

Parent/Supporter Booster Club Kick Off Meeting: Tuesday, August 28, 2007. 6:15 p.m.-7:15p.m. (West Auditorium Lobby) Please come to an informational meeting about how you can impact drama students this year, and help the Millard West theatre department grow and prosper through and exciting season of events and productions! Examine closer the needs for our students this year, and the needs for our program in the future, while engaging in delightful and productive conversations with your peers. Bring your talents and ideas, and afterwords, if you feel inclinded, please join the Wildcat Theatre Booster club with a donation of 25$ for the year to our organization.
